Long-Term Care...
The Insurance Information Institute reports: "Because of old age, mental or physical illness, or injury, some people find themselves in need of help with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting or continence, and/or transferring (e.g., getting out of a chair or out of bed). These six actions are called Activities of Daily Living–sometimes referred to as ADLs. In general, if you can’t do two or more of these activities, or if you have a cognitive impairment, you are said to need 'long-term care'."
While you're online, please take a few minutes to watch our informative video about long-term care insurance on YouTube. GMM owners Marilyn Gray and Scott Middleton discuss the ins and outs of long-term care insurance — when to consider, how much you'll need, why buying earlier is more prudent — with moderator Joe Pinner of WIS-TV in Columbia.
GMM agents specialize in offering long-term care insurance solutions for our customers. Call us today at (803) 739-2345 to talk in more detail about planning your future.
